I have always had great experiences with Preply. I have been fortunate to have found some really great tutors and I am always learning. Also, if I have had any problems there, their customer service has always been great resolving them. I do have some issues with some of their policies concerning their tutors....like not paying them for trial classes. They should receive something. In theory, they could give 100 trial classes and never receive a dime. But overall, MY experiences there have been very positive!!
