I have always had great experiences with Preply. I have been fortunate to have found some really great tutors and I am always learning. Also, if I have had any problems there, their customer service has always been great resolving them. I do have some issues with some of their policies concerning their tutors....like not paying them for trial classes. They should receive something. In theory, they could give 100 trial classes and never receive a dime. But overall, MY experiences there have been very positive!!

Can't use the AVG Internet Security neither AVG VPN. They are always disabled. When AVG Internet Security is enabled, it is unable to surf to the internet with Microsoft Edge and none of the AVG VPN's server is working. A total frustration.

I made my first two crypto purchases recently and unfortunately chose crypto.com to make those on. It wasn't until AFTER those purchases that I noticed two $10 cash advance fees that were obviously because of crypto.com. I contacted them immediately and GOT THE RUNAROUND. They only have a chat option for contact and I've had to contact them MANY times because nothing is getting addressed or resolved! They are still acting like they have no idea what those charges could be and tell me to contact my bank (over and over again) but I HAVE contacted my bank directly SEVERAL times and my bank explained that crypto.com ran my card AS CASH instead of a credit card, thus the two fees for the two purchases!! I have never even taken a cash advance and really never would, and I most definitely DID NOT AUTHORIZE crypto.com to run my card as cash!!! Each time I contact them I literally get the runaround, and I have a feeling this is what they will do for all eternity in hopes that I'll just forget and go away. But I will stay on them for all eternity if that's what it takes to get this resolved. I expect my money to be refunded for THEIR ERROR!!!!
