Pity I can’t give this app less than one star…..I cut and paste the below as it’s the same for every user…support are inept at identifying a pattern here.“When it works it's fine. However, not for the first time, we're experiencing the frustration that other reviewers of this app have been reporting for years. It is again refusing to accept our correct password and PIN when the time comes to renew membership as local-library readers. We have contacted the library staff about the problem. They report that many other members have the same complaint just now, and that they have tried to contact PressReader about it.”
