I live in England not Africa just because they had black lives matter now every advert has a black person they put any black person on the news because ther black nothing good about them I mean look at Trevor mc donald great news reporter got the gift of the gab but I think it's more racist to put 1 black one white just because of what couler they are cant they hire people that are god at the job sick of hearing about racist crap is the bbc racist to chinease people because I don't see any on the news .racisim does not exsist its called bullying name calling you have it in school whatever couler you are fat thin ginger whatever its bullying name calling goons ignore them its what you do as a child so y not when ur older racism does not exsist.

Pity I can’t give this app less than one star…..I cut and paste the below as it’s the same for every user…support are inept at identifying a pattern here.“When it works it's fine. However, not for the first time, we're experiencing the frustration that other reviewers of this app have been reporting for years. It is again refusing to accept our correct password and PIN when the time comes to renew membership as local-library readers. We have contacted the library staff about the problem. They report that many other members have the same complaint just now, and that they have tried to contact PressReader about it.”

I have failed miserably to have an online chat with customer services at Amazon about my 8 items that could not be delivered yesterday and today .I have been in for 2 days solid and also have a ring doorbell ,so I know 100% that nobody has been at my door . I'm none the wiser after a very stressful online chat.

No Service At All

I have Amex Delta SkyMiles Premium. The American Express Customer Service used to be excellent. Now it is the worst ever! I am in the Caribbean. I left my Amex card in New York. I called Customer Service to get my full account number so that I could make a major purchase. Was told flat out that they never give out the account number, even to a customer who has passed 6 security checks. I know you won't even bother to read this, much less change your policy ! I am completely disgusted with your lack of service and will use another card from now on.

There is no way to stop subscription within the web app so you have to contact support requesting an account deletion. This was sometime ago, then even after deleting my account I was charged again today. I’ve raised a dispute with my bank and this review is now justified. Do not recommend will not use again.

UPDATE Charged for cleaning a place I never entered

I rented a place and was unable to get there because Toronto airport closed due to Delta crash. Unable to rebook until 5 days into a seven day vacation. So I didn’t go. I understand that this is outside VRBOs control BUT I still was charged a cleaning fee (for the house I never entered). Petty. When I tried to post about it in a review, VRBO would not let me post. So yeah I’m bitter about losing $5000 through no fault of my own (yes it was insured but insurance refused to cover) but their “book with confidence” guarantee is complete bull. Customer service was of zero help. UPDATE: April 3, 2025 I am not entirely sure how it happened but I have received a full refund for the cost of the rental. Sent from Vrbo to Hyperwallet to PayPal and is now in my bank account It was a very pleasant surprise, as I did not request a full refund (I understand that flight cancellations are beyond the control of the homeowners and Vrbo and would have been content with a partial refund). Again, not sure whether it was this review or my many calls to Vrbo but I’m glad I persisted and I hope that this can happen for other people too.

Extremely disappointed

I purchased 3 items. I spent over £115.00.The items arrived in little plastic bags.I was given the option in checkout to have them gift wrapped for an additional £1.00 each. I thought no, it’s ok I’ll wrap them myself as I obviously assumed they would be sent to me as they have previously in boxes and bags. Not so.These are Christmas presents for my partner and now look as if I’ve purchased them from a fake website.Made in Thailand they have written on them. Absolutely appalled with this lack of service from Pandora.Extremely disappointed!!!
