Totally unprofessional functionality

Totally unprofessional functionality. I signed in to my account in the browser including SMS OTP. When I pressed "play" for a movie the Prime App was opened and I had to sign in again. Entering the OTP was impossible because it said that I had received too many OTP on this day. I had received 1 (one!) TOP so far. It was impossible to start the movie....
