Customer Support extinct

This is not Mcafee UK Support, it is Mcafee India Support! Have waited 2 nights for an hour each time at a mutually agreed time for a technical customer service agent to call me to resolve an issue. No one called. Customer service is rock bottom. Last night using the chat option a person called 'Mary' said she was the expert and right person to resolve the issue, didn't do anything and passed me to someone else. Asked for my complaint to be raised and was ignored. Each time they waste time going through the same information which should already be logged. Delay tactics. Up for renewal

if i could have given 0 star it will be best. flipkart has become a fake company i ordered one 4 seater dining table to be delivered on 19th july 2020. till date they are just postponing the date of delivery and not telling where my product is. call centre people speak stereotyped language and dont helpplease donot every buy from flipkart. you are just throwing your money in trashbin.

The last iteration of the bbc news app…

The last iteration of the bbc news app on my iPhone was good. It had a few faults but nothing worth moaning about. I loved the ability to swipe left to the next story but that’s gone now. Deleted the app this morning after eight years and am trying the sky news app. Let’s hope bbc don’t screw the pc browser version up as well. That’s been my home page since forever.

I requested roadside support as my car…

I requested roadside support as my car broke down. Request was submitted at 9am and it’s now passed 9pm and no tow truck yet. I called for updates and customer service doesn’t seem to care. I have been a member for years with very limited service calls, but when I needed AAA to fulfill their end of the agreement - they did not come through. I have NO faith in AAA and now will seek for more reliable services elsewhere.

DON'T EVER! EVER! EVER BE TEMPTED BY A TELEGRAPH OFFER!!!!Last year (26/07/2023) I took them up on an offer of "Enjoy 1 year of Telegraph Puzzles for just 99p.Puzzles Subscription. Billed today as 99p for 1 year. Renews automatically each year, and we will notify you of any price increases in advance. Cancel auto-renewal at any time."This year I receive an email telling me the renewal is £64. Scandalous, I know. But I can cancel it at any time. It says so.However, try to cancel it!! Oh, my f****** god. 1) There's nowhere online or in the app to just cancel the subscription. Options are call, email, or fill out the online form.2) I fill out the online form and get an email to call them or click the button on the left of the account page to cancel. Nope. that doesn't exist.3) More emails from me to them requesting to "JUST CANCEL IT" - No response. I have a time limit to get this cancelled before they use my credit card details again. How do you block a company with your bank that already has your card details and haven't yet taken payment?4) Another email - including the new CEO Anna Jones. Hoping that she's got the nous to realise that this practice is harming her company. Eventually I get into an online chat with "Beckie" (Same person sending the emails - probably a generic name) who is trying to see what offers she can persuade me with…. THERE'S NOT A CHANCE OF ME EVER USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING THAT ISN'T TOILET RELATED!!!My account has now been closed. Thank you, 'Beckie'. What a horrible job you must have. A GDPR RTBF request to remove my data has been given. Let’s see if that works.JUST DON'T!! EVER!

American Express Complaint

Tell me why I researched my new American Express card for nearly 3 months and finally chose the American Express Hilton Honours Business card. With all of its glory and benefits but mainly because it was the cheapest annual fee. But also it was suppose to have the annual fee waived the first year. Why did American Express charge me an annual fee for the first year and changed every single promotion that was displayed on their websites. I've been researching this card for the past 3 months only for them to tell me they don't offer that promotional anymore. COME ON MAN They then stated they'll place an investigation on this issue. #smh

I am an Amazon Seller. The rules are not very kind to the Sellers in a lot of ways. The international marketplace needs to be improved. As with the UK, a private seller is charged a monthly fee, with a sale or not. Then unless indicating the vacation uption is selected. That option is hidden, and it did cost me $38.

Censorship to the max

Censorship to the max; even private messages get you muted from boards you don’t even participate in - the members are often good (you get both, as in life), but the moderators need medication. I have literally only offered advice that I always preface with the fact that I am not a doctor (etc.) on mostly feminine issues. I brought to them an opinion that they are a little bit overzealous on censorship and I was muted on a board that I don’t even participate in lol. I try to ask why they’ve like mute someone who doesn’t contribute in that and typically just tries to give antidotal experiences on a couple subset of mostly female-related health issues (always with a disclaimer involving negative effects, lack of MD, and that everyone is different); plus it was a private post but I guess I was muted to the moderators as well despite the “respond” button. I’m pretty moderate. I guess I just don’t like seeing what goes on via censorship sometimes in a few of these platforms. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I am pretty mild typically lll
