This company SUCKS so bad

This company SUCKS so bad. I ordered almost 2k in samples, and half were bad. ZEro Quality Control. They print in Mexico, Canada, and Euope with ZERO printers in usa which explains why it takes three weeks for samples or customers to get products. They have NO PHONE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. ZEro., I have been with them, and in 5 months of building my brand , Shopify website, and getting samples, their "chat" feature has never worked. It has only said some BS about being too busy. Not to mention constant tariff email boo hoo...you should have thought about that when you built your company to print outside the USA, then told no one until they were knee-deep in your crappy POD experience. I have moved all 123 products to Printify. When I calls the user sometimes in minutes and chat is instant! Eventually, I will source my own products, but till then, startup , side hustler, be aware. If you try to cancel an order of samples an horu after they email you, they are coming from EUROPE. They will ignore you and then fight you, and you will never get your money back. God will get each of you unrighteous cheaters at Printiful. in this life or the next. What a S++ty company with FAKE REVIEWS. GO to REDDIT and find the TRUTH on this company
