What a shamble!I was given no warning that my subscription was going to be charged and it came out of a old account.When asking for support this happened:1 - I was in an online chat for 1.5 hours (it said it would be 5m wait) with random automated messages asking me to wait. I had to open a new chat.2 - I chatted to Shilloh ruthei E. from support who denied to change the payment method.So now it feels like I am stuck with QB for another year with this bad support and, frankly, cannot wait to move to Xero.
