Requested to upgrade payroll 8th November, was supposed to take 7-10 working days. Still not updated by 22nd November. Suggested that I do the payroll on HMRC tools to meet payroll deadline. No information provided as why to the delay and having to chase every couple of days.Still not done by 16th December!!!!For a core part of the software the service this is unacceptable. As an accountant who used to work in practice who recommend these, I'd certainly avoid these and pay more for a better service9th February - still not working properly, support do not seem to know how the software works.Extremely poor service.
