My rating would have been lower if it wasn't for majority of the support team being excellent at assisting customers. The system has lots of bugs. You put in supplier information and it doesn't pull it through so you end up entering data when adding invoices lost of times. They also have an issue with VAT calculations, we have two users one person is getting correct VAT amount on the system but the other user gets a lesser VAT amount. How can a system be this bad? Thanks for the reply and you are JOKING that the VAT issue has been resolved hahahaha NO it hasn't. The system is full of bugs so don't trust anything you put in or get from your bank feed either as it will say one thing but is actually something completely different. I honestly don't know how this software is competing in the market place. The only up as I have said is you can speak to someone on the phone which with all the issues is a regular occurrence
