Staff and service on my first flight alone was 10/10 to and from Dubai! Couldn’t fault the food in any way shape or form and you get a lot! Best part was the afternoon tea on the way home warm scone with jam and clotted cream. Staff are so attentive and nothing is too much trouble whatsoever! Well done Emirates!!

Ordered an Expensive mirror from Amazon which duly arrived ahead of schedule yesterday. However on opening the side of the package the rear back face was damaged.Now the problem starts tried to talk to customer service and it is impossible as first they asked me to press 290 and the second time 999. Yes you can guess who I got through too. As the item is 10.9kg I have requested a return form which will cost over £20 to return. The mirror was from Huibathrooms and I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this or any advice on how to return this item without paying a fortune. Peter

My rating would have been lower if it wasn't for majority of the support team being excellent at assisting customers. The system has lots of bugs. You put in supplier information and it doesn't pull it through so you end up entering data when adding invoices lost of times. They also have an issue with VAT calculations, we have two users one person is getting correct VAT amount on the system but the other user gets a lesser VAT amount. How can a system be this bad? Thanks for the reply and you are JOKING that the VAT issue has been resolved hahahaha NO it hasn't. The system is full of bugs so don't trust anything you put in or get from your bank feed either as it will say one thing but is actually something completely different. I honestly don't know how this software is competing in the market place. The only up as I have said is you can speak to someone on the phone which with all the issues is a regular occurrence

Parents were refused visa to attend my graduation in a weeks time. Totally unbelievable ! The form was properly filled online and they were asked not to pay for the visa, they confirmed this at the office and the staff insisted they need not make any payment due to their passport type.3 weeks later they were denied the visa because they did not pay the visa fee???!!! They were clearly asked not to pay despite them insisting on it.Two years ago when dad invested thousands of pounds for me to come study there was no visa issue, now he cannot come spend a week to celebrate with me, over £95 visa application fee?I called today to see if any payment or rectification can be made over the matter as their passports are still within the UK and I was told It can’t. Please, I will need more clarification as to why my parents visas were declined, when their documents were complete and they followed every instruction given.Many Thanks,Grace

I bought a pair of Uggs from you at the end of august. Due to the unseasonably warm weather I have only started to wear them this week. I put them on for the second time today and they have ripped at the seam at the back of the boot. I have contacted Urban Outfitters to request a replacement under 2015 sale of goods act, but I have no had any response. I now have a very expensive pair of Uggs that are not fit for purpose.

GREAT SOFTWARE. Joe is great. He is the best. The software is smart and so intuitive. I really love the app. I am very impressed by the customer service. I love the push notifications. Joe is so informed and makes me feel much more comfortable using the software. The guy who created this software is a genius. I don't know why anyone would run a business without Mindbody!!!!
