I love redbull, have been drinking it for years. This one time I found a caterpillar in my can. Was a four pack, huge size. In this economy too? You can tell how dedicated I am to them. I reached out and they closed my inquiry JUST to close the ticket. They asked for a barcode at the bottom of the can and I provided it. Then proceeded to say ‘they needed the can for tests, didn’t receive it in time’…what do you mean in time? Mind you they replied back to my inquiry after 10 days. Said they did an ‘investigation’ and found no issues cuz their tech is ‘state of the art’. This wasn’t much of a complaint at first, but a health concern? What sort of investigation was carried out? 😭 Absolute disappointment…is what their management team is. Would give 0 stars if I could.
