It seems that people don't understand how to give reviews on Trustpilot. Most all of the reviewers are giving 1-star reviews not about the Reddit website/platform/organisation etc., but for the actions of users they disagree with on the site - the equivalent of giving youtube.com a 1-star review because you dislike a video someone posted on it.Only a few of the reviewers grasp the concept that they aren't reviewing the actions of specific users on the site. Of course Reddit isn't perfect, but the overall low rating shown here is not a true indication of the average Reddit user experience.
