Underwhelming and disappointing

I've cruised with RCCL a number of times and generally it has been ok or good. But this time the expierence was shocking. The ship was underwhelming (Odyssey) and the staff were just fed up, worked into the ground and didn't want to be there. We were treated poorly, lied to and accused of lying. RCCL burnt my partners dress, then accused us of bringing it that way. We went to a speciality restaurant to be told we didn't book what we had (by the person who booked it!) to be then put in the corner looking at the wall. Layout of the ship is like a newbie just went for it to see what happened ! So much wasted space and opportunity. The special state of the art theatres are nothing much and again wasted ! Proposed on the trip and asked RCCL to help make it special afterwards with champagne or anything like that. They couldn't care less. Nobody wanted to help at all. I couldn't give money way for it. The entertainment was shocking. We walked out of 2 shows and struggled with the others. What happened to shows with dialogue or an actual show. I've now seen enough acrobats to last me a life time. The best entertainment i got was watching the greatest showman in my state room. Explained all of this to guest services and more, and was greeted with ok, sorry. That was it! RCCL have lost their ethos and customer focus. Poor poor experience, and a massive waste of money.
