I rang support and was delighted to get Jade Stephenson. I was trying to get a company uploaded to Sage Drive for over an hour. Jade was lovely she logged in and after checking a few things realized it was due to a character in the company name within minutes. Getting a solution was ideal of course :-) but it was how lovely Jade was and insisted on staying logged on until we were sure the upload was working before logging off the PC.
