Switched from Quickbooks a couple of years ago. The reporting in Sage is excellent, however the ability to customise Invoices is poor by comparison with limited templates and only low resolution logo's possible.The link with bank accounts works well and the ability to create 'rules' makes matching repetitive transactions quick and easy.VAT Return submission is also easy. We don't use Payroll as our accountant still handles that side of things.All the Helpdesk staff I've spoken with have always been very polite and knowledgable, sorting issues out quickly and professionally.
