Best helpline ever

I used the Sage helpline to help resolve a bank connection problem. Bradley Harris was the person who resolved the problem. His patience was absolutely amazing. His expertise was equally amazing. My computer skills are an embarrassment but Bradley ploughed on pleasantly with good humour. Thanks again Bradley. Five star employee.
