Garbage Samsung TV

I have bought a Samsung TV (QA55S90CAJXZK) at authorized reseller on Aug 2023, however, it has broken on Dec 2024. A thick light trace appear on my TV. I have requested an on-site checking, it is because my tv is still within the warranty period ( 3 years warranty). The checker said myTV issue was caused by human and refuse to repair my tv without charge. However, the was no sign of shock and dent on my TV. I have called Samsung electronic Hong Kong customer service hotline to report this issue, however they still insist the issue was caused by human without any proof of the damage was caused by human. I have also reported the issue to Consumer Council. They took 3 WEEKS more to reply Consumer Council that the same things they reply to me. Then why they need 3 weeks more to reply the same things? It is very very bad and unprofessionalism. I wonder that they don't want to replace any defective products without any charge. My OLED 4K TV just used 1 year more and appear thick light trace without any sign of shock and dent, how this issue was caused by human?If you are a wise customer, don't buy any samsung tv that you know you will "damaged by human" after used for 1 year more. Also, for the environmental protection, all the damaged samsung garbage tv will be put into landfills after 1 year more. Extremely a terrible experience. You can buy these garbage TV, if you have lots of money to waste! !!!
