Went to AT&T in Merrillville on US30 with a cell phone issue and the service I received was more than fabulous and the employees Ms. Raven, Ms. Shonna and Mr. Terrell went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was completely satisfied and all my electronics was in working condition. I really appreciate all the help from all three of AT&T employees that made my experience worth the time I spent with them…I AM UP AND RUNNING NOW just because of them three I’m there❤️❤️🙂

I love this editing program! I searched Google for "Best video editing programs for beginners". Many came up. After reading other reviews I decided to jump in and try Animoto for a month as I had a presentation to create. All I can say is that everyone that saw what i created was blown away and thought I had them professionally done! Amazing, user friendly program! I highly recommend!

I am unable to use Quick Books when I am outside of the UK. This is because the Quick Books login verification system requires a code to be sent by text or phone call to my UK mobile number. As soon as I step outside of the UK, Quick Books will not send the code, as my phone is no longer in the UK. A better system would be to send a code on What’s App which for example PayPal do.

On April 3rd, 2025, I purchased a course from Domestika for $0.99 USD. I was likely enrolled in a trial of Domestika Plus without being clearly informed or consenting to it. I only became aware of this when I saw a charge of $329.00 USD on my credit card on May 4th, 2025.I was unwillingly upgraded to an annual subscription. Domestika’s refund policy appears to be limited to just three Latin American countries, and there is no accessible customer support email to resolve the issue. Their system displays a warning message saying refunds will not be issued, which feels like a direct ultimatum.This practice is misleading and unfair, and I am seeking a full refund for this unauthorized transaction.

Bought a $25 roblox card for my daughter. She damaged the card and I called best buy and got the run around from customer service. Crazy that they don't know the procedure on returning a gift card. After the 3rd call they told me to go back to the store I bought and when I went the store told me to contact roblox. Why didn't customer service just tell me this in the first place!!! Time wasters!! Never buy again from best buy sheesh!!!

My wife subscribed to WSJ to meet requirements for a college class. You would think canceling the subscription at the end of the semester would require logging into your account and canceling your subscription, but WSJ doesn't have an unsubscribe option on their website. So we emailed support and asked to be unsubscribed. Support took a day to reply and wasted both of our time by providing a phone number we can call to request an unsubscribe. What a waste of time and energy. I will be sure to never give WSJ another penny and will encourage everyone I meet for the remainder of my life to do the same. What a terrible organization!

I have bought a Samsung TV (QA55S90CAJXZK) at authorized reseller on Aug 2023, however, it has broken on Dec 2024. A thick light trace appear on my TV. I have requested an on-site checking, it is because my tv is still within the warranty period ( 3 years warranty). The checker said myTV issue was caused by human and refuse to repair my tv without charge. However, the was no sign of shock and dent on my TV. I have called Samsung electronic Hong Kong customer service hotline to report this issue, however they still insist the issue was caused by human without any proof of the damage was caused by human. I have also reported the issue to Consumer Council. They took 3 WEEKS more to reply Consumer Council that the same things they reply to me. Then why they need 3 weeks more to reply the same things? It is very very bad and unprofessionalism. I wonder that they don't want to replace any defective products without any charge. My OLED 4K TV just used 1 year more and appear thick light trace without any sign of shock and dent, how this issue was caused by human?If you are a wise customer, don't buy any samsung tv that you know you will "damaged by human" after used for 1 year more. Also, for the environmental protection, all the damaged samsung garbage tv will be put into landfills after 1 year more. Extremely a terrible experience. You can buy these garbage TV, if you have lots of money to waste! !!!

Sorry Tik Tok some of us have God on your app and I am going to have to agree with alot of the people on here and reviewing you. I see stuff in there that has not business being in there cause of the kids on there people practicing witchcraft that needs to go and Satanists and all that need to go clean it up trash and filth I try not to get on it much anymore yes it is addicting but the non sense needs took off. The word is out it's being banned in my state especially why I don't know that's not fair either while other states get that.
