Wish I could give 0 stars!!!! Bought a QLED tv just over 2 years ago and it’s for a bedroom, so not really getting used like a tv in the living room. Basically turned it on one night and then it flickered for 10 secs and then the screen was full of think black lines and one side of the tv turned black and white and the other side turned like a sickly colour. From a customer who has only Samsung tv’s in all our rooms…even the fridge in the kitchen is a Samsung……never again I will buy another product…..purely down to the customer service in “Aftersales” as I feel spending something like 15,000dkk on a tv just to last over 2 years is embarrassing for a brand like Samsung…..wishing now I had read all the statements before I bought this tv though had I my mind….its a Samsung….how wrong was I!!!!!
