I bought a Samsung computer monitor through Staples and when I opened the box, they included the wrong power cord (2 prongs instead of 1). I called customer service to rectify the situation, but they said since it was greater than 48 hours they wouldn't replace it and asked me to purchase the single pronged one at my own expense for 63$. Terrible service. As a business and home owner, I use mostly Samsung products. After this I will never use a samsung product again. The company is missing out on thousands of dollars in future revenue and loyal client due to 63$ and terrible customer service and policys
