Access to bbc services

I wanted to use bbc much vaunted digital services. Eg sounds, iPlayer etc. thought I paid for them? I have an account, used before. But the bbc had no access to my iPad camera? Why should they? If it’s I’d use the iPad code? Yes I have a licence and own home. I’m 62. So tried to complain. Massive amount of data required including phone no? Why they had email? Given up.

I bought a Samsung computer monitor…

I bought a Samsung computer monitor through Staples and when I opened the box, they included the wrong power cord (2 prongs instead of 1). I called customer service to rectify the situation, but they said since it was greater than 48 hours they wouldn't replace it and asked me to purchase the single pronged one at my own expense for 63$. Terrible service. As a business and home owner, I use mostly Samsung products. After this I will never use a samsung product again. The company is missing out on thousands of dollars in future revenue and loyal client due to 63$ and terrible customer service and policys

Review of jotform

Poor Customer Service

Normally I love JotForm but if you need help they are not availaible. I have been trying to resolve issues with a form that contains alot of staff information. I keep getting BOT. I have a paid, HIPAA subscription but I guess that does not warrant customer service. I am looking for another option at this point after 3 years of using JotForm. FOLLOW-UP: Today is day 10, and still no response; not even an update from developers. Very dissapointing.

they bill for licenses even if you are not using so beware to delete any you dont use , also extrememly confusing as to how many licenses you need and what they mean by being a member of a team , cost $200 per license

SeatGeek are thieves.

I purchased some tickets at this site and that went fine. But then I couldn’t attend and had to resell my tickets. That also went fine. Once the tickets were sold, I got an email notification that I would be reimbursed 406,90,- USD, which reflected the selling value minus some minor fees. What SeatGeek did then is nothing short of horrific. Since I gave them a Canadien bank account, they only transferred 406,90,- Canadien dollars. Meaning they chose to keep for themselves a value equivalent to 115,- USD. I messaged them 3-4 times about this and they responded everytime saying that they cannot pay out the balance. They are, with open eyes, steeling my money. I will never do business with these people again.

I’m so over this store…Hvn the hardest time returning a unwanted purchased…Had to hv card replaced due to a security concern… that is still linked to acct. and they wanna gv me a store credit.. Absolutely notLadies at Easton we’re rude as heck.. Hv original receipt… and like My bank sd.. It’ll go back to acct.. Only merchant that I’ve had this problem with… did a complaint with customer service 3/days ago.. still no respond as of yet..I wouldn’t shop this over priced costume jewelry store ever again.. Jewelry is cute.. but not worth money..Tarnishes etc…I only hv till Jan 31,2022 to make return for money back…A Waste
