Terrible! We have the bespoke fridge. Samsung did not tell us we have warranty. So, we had another company work on the fridge and they couldn’t fix it. So we called Samsung again and they then refused to work on the fridge but charged us a fee to diagonuse it??? We have had this fridge 1 year!!! It all started with a cooling issue. No one will touch Samsung product so we can’t get it fixed?! Samsung won’t fix their own product!!!
