so disappointed in their service , ordered a Tv that came with a deal and money off a sound bar, paid through PayPal . order confirmation came through money was taken and the website tracking confirmed preparation for shipping and then 24 hours after payment was made and waiting for shipping confirmation order was cancelled apparently due to a pricing error their side apparently. I have been told that they have a right to cancel due to their error while i end up with no products and waiting for my money back. Samsung are one of the biggest companies in the world and to have errors like this and disappoint customers is very poor. I will not recommend the company or purchase products again. so disappointing.
