I saw I my account would automatically renew but at a MUCH higher rate than in the past. I tried to log in to cancel. The site told me the login was suspicious, and subject to manual review. Nothing happened. Suddenly I found the charge against my bank account. I tried again to sign in. Same problem. There is no way to contact them, no way to log in, no way to cancel. And even if I were able to try to cancel, they refuse to refund an amount I didn't want to pay, but couldn't stop because their website won't let me in and no one will respond.A total theft scam. Stay away from this organization.

I wish I'd read these reviews prior buying Philips Sonicare/Flexcare electric toothbrushes. If I could give a less than '0' rating I sure would!! My myriad of frustrating issues go back to orders placed 10/2019, 04/2020, 05/2020 & 06/2020...wrong handles & product, product sent no charger. 3 attempts to even receive a replacement handle that was under warranty. Was sent 25% discount coupon which the system would not accept. Multiple multiple multiple phone calls getting nowhere with incompetent service people & process. 05/2020 I ordered a Sonicare toothbrush for my daughter & totally rec'd different style model # from what was ordered online. Completely different packaging! Trying to exchange for what I ordered was basically impossible. I'm unable to understand how online has packaging of certain models, then a totally different model is sent out!! The plastic packaging even looks tampered with! June 3rd I ordered a 4-pack of WHITE brushheads color #65, only to receive 4-pack of BLACK #95!!!! I called June 12, spoke w rep who sent out, no charge, 2pk white brush heads as compensation & said a return label would be sent for the wrong order. As we all know today return labels are emailed almost instantaneously. Now July 4th & 3 more ph calls, as recent as 07/01 to C.S. 866-309-3263 I'm still waiting for a return label!!! Simply want a return label so I can get what I ordered, paid for, move on, never to use Philips again. I'm speaking with so-called reps in Canada. Perhaps there's a different mode of customer service & biz operation there?! I'm in the US & so don't get this!! I keep getting told the request has been escalated & return labels are generated from their commercial department...so strange!! What is commercial about sending a return label?! In the meantime, I have paid for wrong product sent, no reimbursement & I'm still missing my four brush heads. Pricey too!! I have no idea what's going on with this company. Definitely NOT the Philips from years ago. I will never again buy Philips products! I will encourage ALL I can to refrain from buying Philips too. Philips, get your act together!! China is doing you no favors w cheap, wrong product! You should be ashamed!!!

In December 2018 I purchased a 2 year anti virus subscription from Mcafee. In the first year, no problems but for whatever reason they cancelled my subscription and left me unprotected. I have provided proof to Mcafee that they have charged me for a service I did not receive. After countless emails back and forth Mcafee refuse to grant me a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Disguised as media outlet coindesk is more or less a pump and dump machine for paid for venture capital companies. Hardly ever the news are trustworthy or non-biased. Likely the most harmful channel in the web with distorted information. Also reluctant to publish factual PR material which is fact checked and provided by world class, brand backed partner companies such as Google, IBM and so on.

Tried Sky instead, which was only marginally better, leading me ( rather disappointingly) to France24, which has a straightforward presentation and a far less sickly narrative , but don’t watch that often either. . so disappointed in their service , ordered a Tv that came with a deal and money off a sound bar, paid through PayPal . order confirmation came through money was taken and the website tracking confirmed preparation for shipping and then 24 hours after payment was made and waiting for shipping confirmation order was cancelled apparently due to a pricing error their side apparently. I have been told that they have a right to cancel due to their error while i end up with no products and waiting for my money back. Samsung are one of the biggest companies in the world and to have errors like this and disappoint customers is very poor. I will not recommend the company or purchase products again. so disappointing.

Tailor to trustpilot review - I fully expect this email to be ignored—just as every other attempt to get meaningful help from Samsung has been. This seems to be the standard way Samsung treats its customers. I previously contacted this CEO email and was assigned an "executive case manager," who has been just as ineffective as the many other agents and managers I’ve dealt with. In over 45 days, I’ve received nothing but excuses, delays, and empty promises. Every update takes days to arrive, and each one includes a more ridiculous excuse than the last. It’s clear that resolving my issue was never a priority. Because of this experience, I’ve already purchased two major home appliances from other brands—appliances I had originally planned to buy from Samsung. I’ve lost all trust in this company. When I heard others complain about Samsung’s terrible customer service, I gave the company the benefit of the doubt. I won’t make that mistake again. It’s not that your customer service is poor—it’s that it simply doesn’t exist.

I have been a Kroger customer for years and have never, and I mean never, experienced anything bad. Maybe some products out of stock. But, if that was the worst then they have my business. There is a Publix being built approximately 1/4 mile from my home; however, Kroger is my store. I am committed to Kroger because of their friendlinesd, great products, fresh, great courteous associates and beautiful stores - always clear and product easily displayed. Kroger keep up the great work, you have my five stars.
