The biggest Favour Samsung did to me is after taking my money (Over $2000 for S23 ULTRA), delivered the Phone (or at least that’s how they see it). Had it for less than 2 weeks when the screen went black. Sent it for repairs, was given a time frame of 3 working days and after 4 weeks and multiple follow-ups they said it cannot be repaired. however, we will give you a new phone in 2 days and after 2weeks (and again Multiple follow ups) I am advised to send my invoice of payment and they will access if they will give the phone or just refund the money (which is still pending as we speak). Total Time Frame 3 months 18 days so far Simple logic by Samsung "IT's EITHER MY WAY OR MY WAY"
