Worst customer service & returns process ever !

On the 4th of October we placed an online order from Samsung PT for a Flip4 phone, Watch 5 pro, and a few other items like a charger (which is no longer supplied) and a wireless charger all at once. The items were all delivered individually one by one over a long period of time, which is fine, but we were informed we had 14 days from receipt to make any return request using their online process.....So when we decided to return the phone as we weren't happy with it, there was nowhere on their site to actually request a return... ( a button did recently appear on the "my orders" page, but only after all the items on the order were delivered, but of course, by then the 14 days had long passed for the phone).Anyway, 2 days after actually receiving the phone we did call Samsung customer support and explained we wanted to return the phone and were unable to do so on their site. After multiple calls and speaking to several people ( who kept telling us they had a problem with their system), we finally found someone who said they will arrange for the phone to be collected and told us we would be notified by the transport company when they would come to collect.We were also told that we could not just return the phone but had to return the charger as well due to some discount having been applied....no problem. Quite a few days later (26th October), without any prior notice, the transport company arrived at the house saying they'd come to collect the Samsung return so we had to rush and quickly pack the items and hand them over. We asked if we weren't supposed to receive any paper or any form of confirmation from them stating that they had collected the items and they said no it would show up on the Samsung site automatically... which of course it never did!To this day (15th November), we have still not received the refund, no indication on the Samsung site of any return, nor any confirmation from Samsung that they have received the returned items.Every time we call Samsung customer service they say they cannot help us as their system is down and they cannot confirm whether the items have arrived in their warehouse..... they keep promising to speak to their warehouse/logistics department and call us back the same day but never do and we end up having to call them back every few days to follow up, only to get told the same "system problem" story over and over again.Really is Unbelievable how one of the world's supposedly largest tech companies seems to always have problems with their "system" and are unable to have a straight-forward returns process or enable their customer support unit to actually do anything to support their customers...
