Paid for a tv, booked and delivery date, took time off work and on the day of delivery email received to say it was delayed until the following day. 3 days later and numerous calls to “customer service” and still no tv. Product still showing as available for next day delivery on their website proving that they are very unorganised and have no regard for customers. 3 times I’ve been told it has been shipped and DPD are collecting. Every time this has been a lie. Do not buy from Samsung they have zero regard for customers and can not fulfil their orders
