Purchased a Seagate Ironwolf Pro 16tb hard drive which failed after 5 months. Contacted Seagate who authorised a return to their UK repair centre. Seagate repair centre confirmed faulty drive and approved a new replacement drive. However, this was dispatched from a supplier in the Netherlands. This delayed the replacement which took over a month to arrive. I was also charged £41 customs duties for my 'free' replacement drive due to Brexit. Seagate warranty clearly states that the replacement drive will be shipped free3 of charge to the user. The Seagate warranty is obviously no use what so ever now that the UK has left the EU! Will not be purchasing Seagate drives again.
