Stayed at Best Western Waltham Boston for 1 night and had a very pleasant stay. Hotel was easy to find, room was large and clean. Varied breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Only down was the aircon in our room was a bit noisy starting.
Review of att
I would give them a zero if I could. We had ATT for business phones, they sent a representative to our office named Jarod that said he had a great deal and we should switch to their cell service. We changed and were told and sent a paper that our bill would be $290 - much to our surprise the bill was $1600. We have made several attempts to get them to contact us and also to went to a store to get this fixed. We were told they could make sure this transition would be easy and smooth and I asked three times that the $290 would be my first bill. Do not listen to this garbage and the billing that they screw you out of your money and then give you some crap that months up the road your bill will be lower!

Review of opentable
Open table has clearly been hacked as I was victim of a scam where the scammer knew the restaurant , date and time of my reservation. My card provider acted brilliantly to protect me and said that this scam was happening a lot at the moment. Open table's website says there site is secure and they have not answered my email to them.

I was swimming at 'Wave' pool Littlehampton when I cramped up, at least I've got one thing in common with Usain Bolt. The life guard noticed immediately and engaged me in conversation. He was very calm and reassuring. Then, he walked beside me whilst I carried on swimming. Very professional. All good now. Many thanks Jude Morris.
Review of domestika
I signed up for the free trial of Domestika Plus without realizing it would auto-renew without any warning. I was charged for a full subscription without receiving a reminder or notification before the trial ended.I immediately contacted customer support—three times—and only received one automated reply that didn’t address my case. I have not used any of the Domestika Plus features and simply asked for a refund, but no one has responded since. It’s disappointing to see a platform that promotes education and creativity handle customer support so poorly. There should at least be a proper notice before charging someone, and the refund process should be accessible—especially when the subscription was never used.I hope Domestika will reconsider how they communicate and support their users. Until then, I can’t recommend their service.
Review of Spotify
They bombard you with ads and after 5 of their longest social engineering mind control commercials they ask you to click a button for a half hour of ad free music, and after 2 of your least favorite songs on your playlist they bombard you again!!!

Review of ravelry
Terrible company. This business needs to be sold to someone with an actual head for business. For many years I was a happy member, but I became proudly unraveled in the June 2019 purge. They had created a hostile environment for 50% of their customer base. With the recent coding changes they have continued to show their disregard for their customers. This business is just a vanity project.

I have been trying to cancel my Amex card since 28 th August 2023 as I have no longer any use for it.After several call centre discussions all of which are linked to an initial reference number, I still continued to receive monthly accumulating service fees statements.I have written several emails and still cannot get anyone to respond.I even called at our local Nedbank branch to see if they could assist as it is there that your Amex cards are delivered.Nedbank informed me that they weren't permitted to intervene but gave me an email address that would definitely produce a response. After 2 further attempts no one has contacted me.Their service is beyond disgusting. Finally all charges were reversed nearly 5 month later as none of these were ever due.Even their condescending letter of confirmation had no apology for my inconvenience and temporary credit bureau damage.Support Amex at you own peril

Review of asus
Asus is a nightmare to work with owing to their lack of professionalism and unsound ethics. If there were zero stars option- I will gladly pick that!I wish I never had anything to do with Asus.I bought a laptop for about 1800 SGD on the 4th of August 2022 and its wifi card failed in the middle of a very crucial period at work. I sent it to them for repair and got the system from them only after a week and a half. Then on Nov 10 -it crashed again. It is still in the workshop despite being two weeks already. The worst part about Asus is their inability to be professional and recognise the stress, the loss of time and money I am undergoing in trying to borrow a laptop so as to keep up with my work. They keep claiming that they have a policy that does not allow a one to one exchange and they act as if they are moving heaven and earth for their customers in getting the laptop repaired. But they have totally failed to realise that they sold me a so called new laptop and that if laptop sits in the workshop for a period of ONE month out of just the THREE months that I had it, they have practically made things nasty for their customer. And since this is a new laptop which has already failed 2x within 3 months, it would only be honourable and professional of them to consider carefully and properly all the hardship that their customer undergoes and thereby make it easier by exchanging it for a new one.Afterall a proper and ethical company would have weighed this and would have allowed an exchange!Instead they behave as if by offering their customer a new laptop, they would be incurring losses. This is the mentality of a selfish and utterly unprofessional company that only cares about making money and not thinking about the plight of the customers!Mind you Asus makes 418 billion dollars a year--and they cannot replace a 1800 dollars laptop which failed twice within 3 months of purchase and threw up 3 issues within these monthsIt is only a very unethical company that would just ignore the number of weeks that my laptop is sitting in the workshop being of no use to me but instead causing me tremondous stress and unhappiness dealing with their unprofessional service staff who are very unsympathethic of the customer and refusing to settle the matter properly except to stick to the sickening policy of "NO EXCHANGE" and repeating it to rile the customer even more. And they cannot guarantee that it will crash again.Upon asking them this question- they very flippantly claim that they would repair it in so far as it is under warranty. They did not even take a moment to pause and think of how much trouble, pain, stress and hardship I would have to go through if that were to happen as I am going through now since the system crashed twice! It is such companies that all customers must truly avoid.Save yourself the pain and the nightmare
