Don't be fooled by reviews from companies like Capterra. Those reviews are monitored and only the good reviews are published. Those companies I guess rely on donations from big companies. They have a good relationship with big companies. So they are biased. SendGrid used to be good, but not anymore. Here are a few points1) API documentation is bad. For example, the API to add a customer. I have a custom field which is of type "date". What is the format? Is it American or British? 2) APIs are buggy. Anyone who have created segments using API will understand what I am talking about.3) It takes too long to refresh. It is absolutely a joke. Every command is queued !!! It takes a long time to delete a single record. What a joke.
