I work in IT so I am security conscious. It looks like SendGrid had some sort of data breach or unauthorised access to their systems. My clients account was hit and had sent 10k emails in a day.I saw other people on Twitter mentioning the same thing so it wasn't our side of things.Once I notified SendGrid explaining the situation, they locked the account out and stated:"Your account is permanently closed by our Compliance team due to a violation of our Terms of Service"Then refused to acknowledge or reply to any further contact! What a way to go to lose customers. Unbelievable.Needless to say their reputation in my circles are less than poor.Would definitely not recommend or ever use again.
