Where is my backorder? Why can't you get a simple drum key from one of your other hundred or so stores? Or go directly to Ludwig and demand they ship it from their friggen manufacturing plant. You guys have the worst customer support. You haven't contacted me once since this was ordered or backordered.

Don't be fooled to pay for the free trial; they charge you for it, and then claim that you should have read their Terms Of Service. How do these people win customer service awards? (🧐🧐🧐this is how they do it....they put the paid button very boldly for you to click it, and apparently the little link below it is the free testing account, in a way that makes you click the wrong big bold paid for button, and then they refuse to refund or even allocate that amount you've paid to the next month for use. Read the justification that they give 😣😣😏)When setting up an account we point out that in the free trial no credit card details are required, therefore it is up to the user if they want to create a paid account straightaway or rather test our service (like anyone would pass a free trial👀). As per our refund policy, you may cancel at anytime and you won't be billed again, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred:Is this the company's way of saying it refuses to return the 49$? I have tried to set ecosia as my page for months. My Microsoft edge blocks me at every stage. The ecosia site shows how to set the page, on pages that are nothing like the pages I see! The web site is blocked at every turn and there is no where of emailing my willingness to join but inability to do so ???!!! If you want to save the planet, save your energy and pick up litter and plant your own tree! a company that cant help you get to it is going to fail

The BBC are an absolute disgrace charging extortionate license fees and broadcasting utter garbage for the want of a better word. They certainly have a nerve to charge a license fee so we can watch more adverts than ITV nowadays. Shameful!!

I personally have witnessed this News is manipulating!!! My 65 year mom was watching this channel, she would explain to me what she was told on the News and Found our they lies to her several times. A very Bias view and a push to scare and stain American views! Maybe if you want to laugh and have to research later... but save the time and find News that’s more straight and forward with unopinioned views...

Breached my consumer rights

Breached my consumer rights. I downloaded a game that wont load and they are going to keep my money. Im seeking advice from which and will be reporting to trading standards. It took me over half an hour to get put through to an agent and yet my issue was not resolved. In minutes sony has gone from my favourite companies to my one of my least favourites. I will not be downloading another game as i fear my money will be lost if it doesn’t work. I also dont see myself buying future consoles because this despicable behaviour is unacceptable and is all designed to steal or collect details and will be returning to my trusted nintendo. My case number is 36489123.

I am very disappointed

I am a long time user and I am very disappointed in Lyft! They charged an extra charge for "damage" for having some mud on your feet, which I don't think is justified on a day where it rained and the driver knows that the pick up is in a park, in addition to being late to pick us up and missing the train. The fine was almost the double than the ride fee. If they will be this exigent with the clients, please also be so with the drivers. Please be consistent. For an extra charge you lost 4 customers. very bad experience in Toronto, Canada.

I tried to set an account up for ecards but it was so difficult and it wouldn't let me so I eventually went with 123 ecards, which was disappointing as from a loyalty point of view my uncle was one of the first directors of Hallmark, Brian Halliday, I have now received an email from them asking for a payment for an account I couldn't set up!!! I have emailed the sender straight back to cancel to receive notification that the email box 'is full' and can't receive any more emails .... what a scam and a rip off.....if they try and take money out of my account I will demand an immediate refund and compensation........ very disappointed for an experience with a well known British household brand.....

Great magazine. *Never* subscribe. They go to extreme lengths to make it impossible to unsubscribe. Must call / live chat. Must wait half an hour. Keep trying to retain you.

Dreadful App. Website said recipe I wanted was exclusive to the App so I downloaded. Recipe did not come up on search and the things that did required a subscription. Money grabbing bxxxxxd’s. Will be deleting the App, won’t be using website again or buying the magazine.
