My customer service experience with Shapeways was wonderful. They had excellent customer service the whole way through and walked with me every step of the way through the nightmare that is the Postal system right now.I received my package late and almost didn’t get it at all, but the truth is even getting the items late was fine with me and here is why; they took care of me.I submitted a report to their customer service immediately after finding out that my package was mishandled and a computer responded that they would get to my issue “as soon as possible”. To be honest I didn’t really have faith, I have been “handled” before and I thought that my issue was going to be swept under the rug.It was not. Their team contacted me the next day, there was a verifiable plan to solve the issues I had and each time a part of the plan was enacted they contacted me to let me know that things were proceeding as planned. Honestly, they did a great job assuaging my concerns and helping me through the issue. A+
