Maybe, maybe, clients may be okay but Eventbrite has the most complicated website when one is told they have tickets yet are unable to, despite many efforts, to find how to print or screen-shot of them (in my case, the free ticket for our Veterans Business Group). Doubt me? Try to find any phone number listed on their website. First time I have EVER experienced a company avoid direct contact (and IF I overlooked where to find it? They made it extremely difficult.

I am writing this to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience since the customer care didn't reply after few months. It has become abundantly clear that this company cares far more about profit than it does about the well-being or comfort of its passengers.The food served was absolutely disgusting—unappetizing and clearly lacking any thought or quality control. Meanwhile, the cabin crew seemed more interested in chatting among themselves in the back of the plane than attending to passengers or offering any form of service or courtesy.This level of disregard is unacceptable. I sincerely hope I will never have to book with this airline again.

My customer service experience with Shapeways was wonderful. They had excellent customer service the whole way through and walked with me every step of the way through the nightmare that is the Postal system right now.I received my package late and almost didn’t get it at all, but the truth is even getting the items late was fine with me and here is why; they took care of me.I submitted a report to their customer service immediately after finding out that my package was mishandled and a computer responded that they would get to my issue “as soon as possible”. To be honest I didn’t really have faith, I have been “handled” before and I thought that my issue was going to be swept under the rug.It was not. Their team contacted me the next day, there was a verifiable plan to solve the issues I had and each time a part of the plan was enacted they contacted me to let me know that things were proceeding as planned. Honestly, they did a great job assuaging my concerns and helping me through the issue. A+

Ordered a present for my husband for Christmas (which I thought would be a great surprise), and it came with a free gingerbread house which I knew my little girl would love. Sadly we will never find out. Lego used DPD and rather than deliver the parcel to me, DPD decided to send it back to Lego. I tried to contact Lego, but their customer phone lines were closed for staff training. Tried to email, but as they were backlogged they’d turned the email feature off and just kept directing you to choose a topic and their most common questions and answers. I’d paid through PayPal where again, there was no contact details either, so I had no choice but to raise a dispute so that could try and get someone to contact me from Lego. All I received was a pre-written auto response apologising that their courier was unable to deliver. Incensed, I pointed out their courier could have delivered if they’d actually bothered to try. I couldn’t get anyone from Lego to actually call me to me to discuss. I was so disappointed and it was customer service at its worst. So no Christmas present for my husband and no surprise for my daughter.

ESPN is a multi-billion dollar company that cannot provide a working website and app to PAID subscribers. The search function DOESN’T work in a way that makes any sense, the video players randomly buffer for minutes at a time, quality is awful, I could go on and on and on. ESPN is truly a nightmare to work with, but I have no good alternatives. They should be ashamed to be providing such poor service to their customers, and I hope they go out of business so someone competent can take over.

Venmo is horrible they suspended my account due to my deposit from the IRS however I am a certified tax preparer I get paid through others taxes and this a business account set up. My funds is just sitting in the Venmo account without me having access to them I was emailed I have to wait 180 days to receive my funds and they have no live person to be able to give me a reason or speak with me about my account. This is a rip off company be careful where you put your money at

Do NOT buy Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator. The panels are not available. I’ve been without panels for 3 months. Samsung does nothing but lie to you about when you will receive the panels in the color of your choice.Samsung customer service is far and away the worst I have ever received. I’ll review them anywhere I possibly can. We ordered a Bespoke Refrigerator from Best Buy with the promise of free panels in the color of our choice from a Samsung promotion. It took us at least 5 calls to even receive the code to purchase the panels. When I went to purchase the panels with the promo code, the color of my choice was unavailable. Five calls later, I was referred to promotions and then e-commerce. I then went through e-commerce for support. They told me there were only 3 colors available, none of which i wanted. They could not give me any information on when charcoal glass would be available. There was some reference to creating a wishlist on the website and I would be emailed when the panel color came in. I did do this and received no response whatsoever. I then gave up and ordered one of the three colors, matte black. It was ugly and looked terrible in our kitchen. Another 5 calls later, I was told to return the panels and I would be issued a new code I could use when the charcoal glass became available. I returned the panels. The only panel we opened was the small middle panel. We never installed it. No response from Samsung. Another 5 calls later and I was issued a new code for what I thought was the charcoal glass panels. I scoured the website every day. The charcoal glass finally became available in my zip code. Three months into ownership of my Bespoke fridge and I thought I would finally have panels. Very excited I quickly tried to use the code to order the panels. The code did not work!! Another at least 5 calls later and I was told the code was only good for matte black, the color I had returned. Incidentally, I documented everything I was told. Countless hours later with promotions and e-commerce support, I was told the matter had been escalated and they were not going to reissue a code for charcoal glass, that it was only good for matte black, the ugly color I had returned. Pure insanity and breach of promise. They are the same price. I am going to post this response far and wide with the advice that people should NOT purchase the Bespoke refrigerator because Samsung is not able to provide the panels and the customer service is The customer service is a sham. The representative tells you exactly what they think you want to hear. You believe you’ve made some progress. The customer service survey comes shortly after they’ve lied to you and they expect you to fill it out giving them high marks. This is deceptive and illegal. In one day I’ve been told several conflicting things by different service reps. I’ll never buy another Samsung product. It’s no wonder they are having financial difficulties.

After installing software from this company on my work server, it now tries to connect to an IP address in Israel, randomly. I also have had some weird activity with my email addresses and them being accessed from Israel. I thought this was a legit company, but I see that is not the case. Don't use this software is my recommendation to you.
