TERRIBLE support services offered! There is no consistency and it is impossible to even talk to someone! Every issue I have had (which have been many), the support says that they will reach out and have someone follow up. No one has EVER followed up after! This so called Canadian company also charges Canadian retailers USD pricing on everything which is a small fortune for literally zero support and 0 clarity when there are any kind of issues!!!
