Shopify and their recommended shipping carriers have a full proof system wherein they commit daily fraud against their customers/sellers.So if your parcel is lost by the recommended shipping carriers (who give Shopify money for the plug) you won't get any support. They will take your money AND you will lose your product, AND you will have to send it out again, costing you not just once but 3 times. Their customer support is like speaking to a low iq robot, and which may well be the case.My bank account will issue a chargeback to Shopify. I will close my account (which will be paying them a significant amount each month) and go to a more moral platform, like woo commerce. DONT USE SHOPIFY, read the reviews
