BUYER BEWARE!!! This website looked fun and creative. I wanted to design business cards for my son. I made a purchase and even upgraded to include AI, since it was only $7 more...I tried to use the site for a few hours and couldn't get anything done with the 4 images that I downloaded. I decided that maybe this was a little out of my league and attempted to cancel. When I went into settings to cancel I received a reply to contact customer service, which wasn't open on Sunday, so I called on Monday. The customer service representative seemed friendly enough and advised that he could help me with a cancellation after I paid for the annual subscription of $159.00! After I picked myself up off the floor and asked why I would be charged for an entire package, I was advised that's their policy. There are no refunds and no trial period. I did send an email for finance review and was allowed to cancel after paying an additional $39.00, total mistake $46.00. Just awful. Please read the fine print before making a purchase on this platform. I will be more careful when I'm attempting to do something out of my comfort zone and using a new provider.
