This was the single worst service I have ever had from a company, I signed on for the free trial and didn't end up using their services because there were better alternatives anyway so I tried to follow the confusing layout to cancel my plan and it said that I won't be billed the next month but apparently not because they locked me into a full year contract and continued to bill me for months before i realised and then they charged a £30 cancellation fee for the services I never used on top of the £66 they had already charged me. It doesn't seem like a legitimate company and I'm sure profits mostly from scamming their customers like I was.
