I stay at this Best Western in Nephi, Utah January 2015, 4 Nights. There is nothing fancy about this motel. But my room was very clean, breakfast was basic but fresh and ready by 5:30 am [when I went down]. And the staff was helpful and pleasant. I will stay there again. Good job

Ordered a "renewed" iPhone 16 from the Amazon Renewed Store. They promise all sorts of things under the Amazon Renewed Guarantee but fail to keep their promises. The phone arrived on time and appeared to be in excellent condition. However, after I'd set it up on my Apple account, I tried to upload my credit and debit cards to Wallet in order to use Apple Pay. It wouldn't accept any of my cards, including some that had never been used on another device. It gave the message to contact my card issuer. When I contacted the first issuer, they checked my account then passed me to the fraud department where I was told that the phone had been blocked by Mastercard and Visa as it had been used for fraudulent activity previous to me buying it. To be fair, anyone inspecting and testing the phone ready for resale wouldn't necessarily know this as they would be unlikely to try uploading cards. When I tried to return it for a refund, Amazon started to hide behind the fact that it was supplied and shipped by one of their marketplace sellers. Every "customer service associate" I dealt with was extremely unhelpful. I've eventually had to send it back to the seller at my cost and hope that their service is better than Amazon's. I'll also be trying to reclaim my shipping. I definitely won't be buying anything expensive from Amazon again and once my Prime membership ends, I won't be renewing it or using Amazon at all.. At least the other major online marketplace takes some responsibility for their sellers and will get involved straight away if necessary.

I started watching Al Jazeera recently because I was becoming increasingly frustrated at how uncritically mainstream UK channels unquestioningly parroted the press releases from the UK, US and Israeli governments. There was no evidence-based investigation or analysis. There is a war taking place in which my country is complicit - ten of thousands of innocent civilians are being murdered by one of the most powerful military machines in the world but the Western media are siding with a state which has broken an encyclopaedia of international laws. Al Jazeera is the only channel to which I have easy access which takes a genuinely impartial and factual approach to covering the war in Gaza. Israel is killing their journalists and expelling them from the country and yet the BBC, Sky and ITN are allowed to continue to operate because they tow the line and suppress evidence and the truth. Time and again I see their reporting bending to appease Israel. It is frightening how these channels self-censor their reporting for fear of the backlash by powerful lobbies and politicians. I am extremely impressed by the integrity and fastidious way in which Al Jazeera goes about preparing its reports and programmes. Wars are complex but sometimes there are obvious aggressors and criminals whose crimes need to be exposed and declared as such. I am simply an ordinary UK citizen looking for objective journalism - unfortunately it is clear from some of the other reviews below that these reviewers simply don’t want to hear inconvenient truths but swallow the false propaganda of a dangerous rogue state.

I did not see anything about a subscription when I signed up for a recent course- I had done a couple of courses several years ago without a problem. This time I had NZ$365 taken out of my bank account without my knowledge or consent. This is an underhanded and deceptive business practice that no reputable company would employ.

I was scammed and they don’t help at allSomeone stole my card details (probably the hotel itself) to book a hotel. I contacted the hotel - no response. I contacted agoda and they said that they cannot refund as the guests have already checked in. Even though it is a multi night booking. Fishy AF

I was completely failed by Venmo is a recent transaction where I was scammed. They did not care, and did not help me. I feel as though they just care about money and view people as mere numbers. I trusted Venmo for 10 or so years and I will never use them ever again. They completely betrayed me and lost my trust. I hope to warn all others through reviews and my social presence, so no one has to go through what they put me through.

Only receiving 1 star because I have to give it in order to write this review. Appalling difficulty to cancel my subscription. Have to ring and when I said I wanted to cancel I was offered it at half price. I repeated I wanted to cancel, even explained I was removing all unnecessary spending and every pound counts. His response was 'Its not worth £1 per week?'. I made myself clear very clear. This sales technique is disingenuous and will take advantage of vulnerable people. Not taking no for an answer when it was plainly explained that every pound counts is unethical and immoral. Sales methods employing sly manipulation techniques are only suited to scam artists. Do not sign up!

I felt quite upset, the tickets were never delivered and I couldn't get through to ring any reception at songkick or the o2 institute. I was truly gutted. I tried to contact the o2 about getting in with my email confirmation but there was no getting through. Truly disappointed and upset is an understatement

This was the single worst service I have ever had from a company, I signed on for the free trial and didn't end up using their services because there were better alternatives anyway so I tried to follow the confusing layout to cancel my plan and it said that I won't be billed the next month but apparently not because they locked me into a full year contract and continued to bill me for months before i realised and then they charged a £30 cancellation fee for the services I never used on top of the £66 they had already charged me. It doesn't seem like a legitimate company and I'm sure profits mostly from scamming their customers like I was.

We have been staying locally on a weeks break, fortunately for my husband & I & our 2 Bedlington Terriers. Wallington Hall was only 2 miles away. We have been every day, and are blown away by your beautiful staff , imparticular Sam the male member of staff in your superb cafe. Who offered us lots of assistance with questions and each time remembered us, he was so pleasant & really made our visit special. As did the check in staff, always smiling , nothing too much trouble, offering us local tips. The grounds were beautifully kept, the river walk amazing. We will be recommending Wallington Hall to everyone we meet.Thankyou , your staff are worth their weight in gold.
