I have emailed countless times to say I haven’t got an account with any bank details on, I thought after the first time they tried to collect payment and it declined they would stop. It’s day 5 and they’ve tried to take payment every single day since. I 100% cancelled auto renew because the trial was back in January, I think the company are just trying it on. After emailing for 5 straight days asking them to stop I haven’t received a single email and there’s no way to stop it since they will continue to try regardless.Avoid at all costs.Edit: live chat was simple enough. Had it sorted within minutes. Still a poor service since the representative explained the email address used was nothing to do with me which has me worried that someone used my card details for their website.
