Terrible company

Terrible company. They are very good and quickly to sell you the tickets, you dont have any problem with that.But I had two concerts which has been cancelled and yet didn't receive the refunds for it.I've reached them by the support email and they said the refund was issue on the 4th of July and said me to sort this out with my bank which I did and they are saying there is nothing been credit .Shame, Shame, Shame.
