Inadequate customer service

The service and the algorythms are very good. The platform is generally very stable and effective. Variety of music is good.However... the customer service for such a big company is more than poor. On two occasions recently I have engaged with them on the chat service and it is as if they have no idea what they are doing. They repeat the same things, send links like a bot and avoid responding fully. I have an issue where my discover weekly playlist plays Thai music - I am not Thai. I do not listen to Thai music. The entire playlist was full of Thai pop music. I initially thought I had been hacked but after changing passwords and logging out of all devices the issue returned. It has been 6 weeks and no resolution and the customer services team seem to have a vague awareness of 'some issues relating to this' but no idea about timelines or reasons.'Farheen' was the chat agent I spoke with, they were frustrating because they just kept asking me to wait a little longer with no eta is an ineffective way to provide reassurance in a long, ongoing problem. A real shame that this brings down the whole experience of the platform.
