Spotify is my new Charity !!!! Forget about Oxfam UNICEF and all the authentic charities …. Spotify is my new charity !Despite spending an hour on what passes for customer care with Spotify my problem remains unresolved.I am paying for premium and being bombarded with Ads!!!!!! And to add insult to injury it suggests that I might like to try premium !!!!Also every time I login it suggests that I change my password … simple thing to do whilst driving ?!?!?!Have all the employees at Spotify left the building ?Please Trust Pilot with my blessing pass this on to Spotify!Kathryn
