What can I say?

Yes indeed. What can I say about the BBC that won't sound like an exaggeration? The sad thing is that we are forced to pay them a licence fee for their smug attitude. The Corporation fends off any complaints from viewers. The Corporation is always right. The programmes are becoming more 'woke' as time goes by.Their news bulletins are nothing more than an opportunity for them to spout their own propaganda, dressed up as 'impartial' news. Any 'guests' on BBC news (especially relating to Covid-19) are specifically chosen because they will corroborate what the BBC thinks.I personally now watch GB News for more balanced reporting. In fact, I have recently placed a review on Trustpilot about GB News.

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would! I called because my old bank account was charged instead of the new one, which shows as the payment method that should be used, even though I changed it weeks ago. The AT&T agent said they work at home and couldn’t see our bank account, but she would remove the old bank account. She said I had to enter the new account again when I could. Moreover, I offered to send a snapshot of the app account payment method. I hung up after thirty minutes, getting nowhere. I then called again and went in circles with a new agent who explained that the last agent had taken me off autopay and would be charged an extra fee for my next bill. I explained that I did not ask to be off autopay. I called about the wrong bank account charge. The second agent said that she couldn’t reverse this as it was already done and that I would need to re-enroll and call back about the extra $15.00 monthly fee and address that When I get a new bill, I am worse off than when I called for help. A total disaster! First Update: On 4-22-25, I made a third call, and the agent hesitated to transfer me to a manager after I said at the start that it was my third call today and I couldn’t be on the phone again for another hour. He still asked if he could help me and not pass me on to a manager after verifying my account. Ultimately, the manager on duty was the fourth person to whom I explained my simple story, and she fixed what she could, gave me credit, and explained that it would be two bill cycles before my autopay would be in full force again. This issue took hours of my day to accomplish a simple request, and a manager seems to be the only one who doesn’t waste time. Second Update: On 2-23-25, I checked online the following day, and it still did not show that I was enrolled in autopay. I spent another forty minutes on chat and was asked the name of the manager who had assisted me the day before. I advised to check the notes attatched to my account. It was concluded that the manager who informed me the day before that I was re-enrolled in autopay did not set me up, and I should re-enroll again. Again, I never asked to be taken off autopay! Moreover, I was again asked if I wanted upgrade offers, and I said no. Even after my reply, the agent asked me again if she could go over the offers/promotions. I hung up! AT&T needs to work on customer service! It’s currently at a level ZERO! I avoid calling in because I know what to expect and always need to plan on calling multiple people who can assist. Additionally, there is an appropriate time on when to offer upgrades. When a customer calls in because of an error, it is not a suitable time to provide additional services. I feel that no agent has listened to my frustrations. They all operate like robots and say: I understand your frustration, etc., but in the same sentence, ask if I want to upgrade my phone, add another line, or buy watches while they still haven’t fixed my issue. This is highly frustrating! I will leave AT&T after finalizing my move out of the country this summer.

Spotify is my new charity !Despite spending an hour on what passes for customer care with Spotify my problem remains unresolved.I am paying for premium and being bombarded with Ads!!!!!! Promoting wild theories, unprofessional, sensationalism to sell news. No substance to any of their stories. Nothing is researched. What a waste of a journalism degree. It appears that the journalists simply zero in on a person, organisation etc and then systematically pound the keys to destroy without any concious. Disgusting trash.

Useul but feels duplicitous

This software while useful feels extremely duplicitous by design. If you have over a certain number of users and want to make any effort to manage them (i.e. see who currently has a license) it is very difficult to find out they will show you on the screen a ridiculously small number at a time and say you want to export a list (say a CSV report how many users you have). They give you the option to export a report, it is placed in a folder you can't find easily, and they say you will email you to let you know when it is ready (which they never seem to do). Just feels like they are sat around a big desk designing how to make it as awkward as possible.

Big mistake

I put in $100 x 2 total $200 i only received 1 of my $100 so where is my other $100?? Also i had deposit another $100 as i am playing a online game using bitcoins. And then i couldn't transfer it to my external wallet!!! Wtf!!!! Inwas so confused i thought i had to buy and sell and buy and sell and now i am left with $73 out if $100 i was so confused by this and i contacted the online chat support and she told me i had to wait 5 days for me to withdrawal my money that makes no sense as i did it fine on my first deposit so why holding onto this deposit all my documents are verified so i dont get it i just wanted my money back and she said no i have to wait 5 days i can only trade. Thats BS honestly i just want my money back and go with my other account they never hold my deposits i dont know why i even went on here BIGGEST MISTAKE

-100 why any body would stay is beyond me appalling service I have been ringing the Crown Plaza Kings Cross 25.11.22 all day as I have Holiday Inn Plaza neither front desk or reception will pick up the your room booking section tried for me and had the same problem I then wanted to complain and they put me through to the Philippines who could not hear me this was the final straw. I have an amount that has appeared on my creditcard from the London hotel in Kings Cross that I have no details on and know nothing about this I do not know where the amount has come from. It appears to be impossible to get through to the hotels - I cannot recommend anyone to stay there.
