Spotify double charged me for several months and refused to refund the additional charges. Despite having a monthly paid subscription, last year I was hearing tons of ads for several weeks so assumed my subscription had lapsed, so I re-upped. But they simply charged for both. Didn't notice until recently. They have no customer service phone number so you will have to text talk with rep (bot?). I wasted the best part of an hour and just ended up canceling both my subscriptions out of sheer frustration.
