The app told me I had 6 hours of audiobook listening time left, so I chose a book that was 5hrs and 45 minutes to get the most out of my listening. Lo and behold the final 2 chapters are unavailable to me because I am out of time. Literally 4 minutes left on the clock and you expect me to wait 2 weeks just to hear the final few paragraphs or pay £10 to get it now. If your counter more accurately displayed the amount of time I had left or let me know it had rounded up to the nearest hour, I would have chosen a shorter book. Feeling very cheated by the service, seems like you falsely listed the listening hours I had left to push me into spending more money once I ran out. Might just go back to using audible and save myself this frustration in the future.
