Just spent over an hour on customer support & after 3 different people who were no help whatsoever they have managed to take £9.99 without my authorisation & I can’t get it refunded. Be aware if you take out the free trial which I couldn’t use & then cancel as they still take your money. I have rang my bank & they won’t be getting anymore from me. Poor company with no one to talk to on the phone apart from back & forth messaging which was totally useless & a waste of my time.
