This is related to the service around the guitar center coupon you get if you buy a guitar amp etc I had a $80 coupon and went to use it and spent like 25 bucks of the 80 I come to find out after trying to use the coupon again that it’s been used already and everything that was on the coupon is no longer accessible Yes, I realize it says that in the fine print on the coupon in white which makes it hard to read, but really that’s so disingenuous from a company to not reward their customersActually, it’s false advertising because when I bought the guitar, I was only told I could get cash back essentially in a coupon form turns out that’s not true and to top it off pPerson behind the counter failed to mention the fact that the coupon is only good for one useSo disappointed, I will never spend a dollar at guitar Center againThis was the first time I financed the purchase, but I’ve bought four guitars from guitar Center over the last four years then I will tell all my friends not to engage with synchrony or guitar center

THERE WAS A HOT SAUCE MEAT CONTEST. pAID 58.00 FOR TWO TICKETS FOR PLATES OF FOOD - VARIOUS TYPES OF HOT SAUCE ON THE MEATS. wHEN MY HUSBAND AND GRANDSON GOT THERE- 6-9 THEY ARRIVED AT 7;30 AND ALL THE MEATS WERE GONE. i REQUESTED A RREFUND, fIRST i WAS TOLD NO UNTIL i SAID I WAS GOING TO CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THAN ASKED FOR MY ADDRESS TO SEND A CHECK. n CHECK I HAVE A CLAIM WITH PAYPAL NOW SHOWING THE TEXT WHERE i WAS TOLD THEY WERE GOING TO REFUND.

Avoid these at all costs. They took my money and suspended my account for no reason and no explanation. They are clearly scammers so beware before you sign up - they may just decide to suspend your completely valid business for no reason whatsoever. Don´t bother paying - you cannot trust they will deliver.

Just spent over an hour on customer support & after 3 different people who were no help whatsoever they have managed to take £9.99 without my authorisation & I can’t get it refunded. Be aware if you take out the free trial which I couldn’t use & then cancel as they still take your money. I have rang my bank & they won’t be getting anymore from me. Poor company with no one to talk to on the phone apart from back & forth messaging which was totally useless & a waste of my time.

Very poor user experience, especially when it comes to verification and withdrawals. They're making it easy to deposit but very complicated to withdraw which is sneaky and totally not trustworthy... Definitely not recommended.
