Im sure you all remember when Spotify locked millions out of their accounts in March. Well since then they have been taken payments TWICE from me without my knowledge. I’ve spoke to the online chat and I got passed to 5 different ‘advisors’ who kept asking the same questions and then passing me to another ‘specialist’ advisor. No one helped. I’m still paying twice and I can’t call them. They are basically robbing me each month and when I ask them to stop it they say they ‘can’t find the account’ I don’t want to cancel I just want to stop paying TWICE! I cant believe how bad they have been after taking money from my bank without my knowledge. It’s theft!
